To receive a Closing Letter please fill out the form below. Standard Closing Letters cost $275.00 and have a 5 business day turn around. Next day Closing Letters cost $425.00 and will be returned within 24 hours if the request is submitted before 12PM EST. Same day Closing Letters cost $475.00 and must be submitted before 11AM EST. Business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST. Closing letter requests will not be processed until payment is received. To avoid delays in receiving your Closing Letter please make sure all required documentation is attached--including a previously recorded deed showing the current owner's name. If the closing does not take place on or before the closing date provided then the closing letter is void and a new closing letter must be requested to ensure additional charges have not accrued.
