To receive an Estoppel Letter please fill out the form below. Standard Estoppel Letters cost $150.00 and have a 5 business day turn around. Rush delivery is an additional $119 charge with a 3 business day turnaround. Same day delivery is not available. Business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST. Estoppel letter requests will not be processed until payment is received. To avoid delays in receiving your Estoppel Letter please make sure all required documentation is attached--including a previously recorded deed showing the current owner's name. If the closing does not take place on or before the closing date provided then the closing letter is void and a new closing letter must be requested to ensure additional charges have not accrued.
